过年的时候要做面食。为的是讨个好口彩。做个发面的步步糕。外观漂亮,口感劲道好吃。红色是果汁和面微甜。切开吃的时候,也很漂亮一层一个色彩。

  • 1.果汁和面加酵母粉5克 发酵
  • 2.白色面团400克 放酵母粉发酵
  • 3.发酵好了排气 做成大小一致的面饼
  • 4.重叠起来 颜色按自己带洗好搭配
  • 5.小花做好扭一下花瓣
  • 6.放在面皮最上边
  • 7.二次发酵 放温暖处 大火蒸20分钟左右 即可
