蔓越莓饼干
蔓越莓干富含令肌肤美丽健康的维生素C,用低筋面粉做主料,又将蔓越莓、糖粉、鸡蛋加以柔和、香气四溢

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.准备材料,蔓越莓干提前切碎.
  • 2.黄油室温软化后加入糖粉.
  • 3.用打蛋器搅打至体积膨松,不用打发.
  • 4.分次加入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀.
  • 5.将蔓越莓干切碎,加入蔓越莓干碎,搅拌均匀.
  • 6.倒入低筋粉,搅拌均匀.
  • 7.揉成光滑的面团即可.
  • 8.模具上铺一层油纸或者保鲜膜,将面团揉成长条放入,整成长方体即可,放冰箱冷冻一小时,是冷冻哦!
  • 9.冷冻好取出,切成0.7——0.8cm的薄片.
  • 10..均匀的铺在烤盘上,之间要有间距,因为烤制中体积稍微会有所膨胀.
  • 11.烤箱提前预热,入烤箱中层,上下火160度烤20分钟即可.
  • 12.如果不确定熟没熟,可以在烤好后用牙签扎一下,不粘就行了,蛋糕也是同样的测试方法.
  • 13.待冷却后可以放在密封罐里保存.
