一口酥
第一次做的时候因为家里没有黄油,我就用猪油代替了黄油,不过味道也不错的。今天在次做一口酥,是想用黄油尝尝味道如何,很香很好吃啦。

  • 低筋面粉120克
  • 黄油60克
  • 糖粉30克
  • 豆沙馅50克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 芝麻10克

Steps to make 一口酥

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.黄油软化后倒入糖粉,在筛入低筋面粉,用手搓均匀
  • 3.倒入2/3的鸡蛋液
  • 4.揉成光滑的面团,不用过度揉,成团即可。放入冰箱冷冻室冷藏一小时
  • 5.取出面团,垫张保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成薄状,上面放豆沙馅,卷成筒状
  • 6.切成小块,刷上蛋液
  • 7.洒上芝麻,放入预热的烤箱,170度烤25分钟,表面金黄即可
  • 8.成品
