香葱苏打饼干

Steps to make 香葱苏打饼干

  • 1.将香葱切碎成葱末。
  • 2.牛奶微微加热至手温,加入酵母混合均匀。
  • 3.低粉加入小苏打和盐混合均匀。
  • 4.牛奶中加入玉米油,再加入混合好的粉类。
  • 5.将液体和粉类混合揉成团。
  • 6.加入切好的香葱末。
  • 7.将葱末均匀地揉进面团中,盖保鲜膜饧发20分钟。
  • 8.将面团擀开成薄片状。(我是将面团分两次擀的,烤了两烤盘)
  • 9.用滚轮刀将面片分成小块。
  • 10.用叉子叉上一些小洞,继续饧发20分钟后放入预热好的烤箱中层,180度烤10-12分钟左右。
