爆炒牛蛙
牛蛙原产自美国是一种体形较大的蛙类,因牛蛙叫声洪亮,故而叫牛蛙;牛蛙是一种经济效益很高的一种蛙类,食用价值高,肉质鲜嫩美味。
同时牛蛙也是药用价值很高的一种中药材:具有滋补解毒的功效,消化功能差或胃酸过多的患者最宜吃蛙肉,体质弱或是生病的人可以用来补身,营养价值极高;还可以促进人体气血旺盛、精力充沛、滋阴壮阳、有养心安神补气之功效。
我家那小子有点内热重,加上又喜欢吃荤食,因此我会时常买些牛蛙清炒给他食用,这样可以即可清火又有败毒之效果呢~~~

  • 食盐1勺
  • 白糖1小勺
  • 干辣椒2个

Steps to make 爆炒牛蛙

  • 1.准备好食材,新鲜牛蛙秤好请商贩代为加工宰杀、剥皮留用
  • 2.用牙签挑地去脊柱上一粒一粒白色膏状物
  • 3.挑完后再清洗干净
  • 4.剁小块备用
  • 5.洋葱切片备用
  • 6.油热爆香作料后煸炒牛蛙皮再盛出
  • 7.留底油倒入洋葱片炒变色后盛起
  • 8.重新倒油再爆香一半葱姜后放入牛蛙
  • 9.大火爆炒至变色滴入料酒
  • 10.炒匀后放入1勺食盐
  • 11.滴少许生抽炒匀
  • 12.重新倒入洋葱片爆炒
  • 13.最后加少许白糖调味后关火
