羊排酸豆角
天渐渐的凉起来了,羊肉也渐渐的往我的锅里跑了。

羊肉性温热,补气滋阴、暖中补虚、开胃健力,在《本草纲目》中被称为补元阳、益血气的温热补品。  
羊肉历来被当作冬季进补的重要食品之一。羊肉中含有丰富的脂肪、维生素、钙、磷、铁等,特别是钙、铁的含量显著地超过了牛肉和猪肉的含量,且胆固醇含量低,是滋补身体的绝好食品。 寒冬常吃羊肉可益气补虚,促进血液循环,增强御寒能力。
羊肉还可增加消化酶,保护胃壁,有助于消化。羊肉肉质细嫩,容易被消化,同时羊肉还可以增加消化酶,保护胃壁和肠道,从而有助于食物的消化。羊肉有补肾壮阳的作用,适合体虚畏寒的人食用。

厨房台子下还有一点8月份腌渍的酸豆角,拿出来做菜吃。
以前做酸豆角一般是用肉末搭配着做菜,酸豆角末和肉末吃起来很不给力,不解馋。今天咱就做个大块吃肉,大筷子夹酸豆角的菜,打打馋虫。

    Steps to make 羊排酸豆角

    • 1.羊排斩成小段用姜片、葱段、料酒腌渍20分钟去异味.。
    • 2.锅内坐水放香叶、八角、桂皮烧开。
    • 3.水开后放入羊排段焯水至8成熟后捞出备用。
    • 4.把酸豆角切小段。
    • 5.另起锅锅里加油,油热后放入葱姜蒜,红辣椒炒香。
    • 6.倒入羊排、倒少许生抽或酱油,加少许精盐,再加一点水翻炒均匀。
    • 7.倒入切好的酸豆角,翻炒几分钟后即可出锅。
