Steps to make 提拉米苏

  • 1.所有材料备好。
  • 2.水加白糖,放在一起。
  • 3.小火加热糖水。
  • 4.直到糖水开,白糖化完,关火。
  • 5.蛋黄备好。
  • 6.关火后的糖水,一定一定轻轻缓缓慢慢倒入蛋黄,这样既给蛋黄消毒了又不至于把蛋黄烫成花儿。
  • 7.充分搅拌均匀。
  • 8.吉利丁加少许凉白开浸泡。
  • 9.泡软后隔水融化。
  • 10.成吉利丁液,备用。
  • 11.马斯卡彭倒入盆里,搅拌均匀或者用打蛋器打顺滑。
  • 12.淡奶油加入少许白糖(这里量不在配方里)。
  • 13.淡奶油搅打至顺滑。
  • 14.把蛋黄液加入到奶油里。
  • 15.搅拌均匀。
  • 16.再把奶油蛋黄液倒入马斯卡彭。
  • 17.搅拌均匀。
  • 18.最后加入吉利丁液。
  • 19.搅拌均匀。
  • 20.模具备好。
  • 21.手指饼干蘸一点咖啡酒,放入模具底部。
  • 22.倒入一层奶酪液。
  • 23.再放一层手指饼干。
  • 24.再把奶酪液倒满,入冰箱冷藏过夜。
  • 25.吃时,用吹风吹一圈模具,取出提拉米苏,筛一层可可粉。
  • 26.装饰一点水果,提拉米苏就做好啦。
