Steps to make 黑芝麻曲奇饼干

  • 1.准备好所有材料(先称好,一会儿做的时候才不会手忙脚乱)
  • 2.软化黄油,用打蛋器打至颜色变淡、顺滑、轻盈、体积变大
  • 3.分次加入细砂糖,搅打均匀,糖融化(也可用糖粉)
  • 4.分3次加入全蛋液,继续用打蛋器搅打至完全混合,无液体状
  • 5.加入过筛的低粉(过筛后比较不会有颗粒)然后用刮刀拌匀成团
  • 6.加入10G黑芝麻
  • 7.与饼干面团混合
  • 8.我把饼干面团分了两份,一份做黑芝麻,一份原味
  • 9.然后用喜欢的裱花嘴,直接在烤盘上裱出自己喜欢的样式,180度预热烤箱5分钟,烤20分钟左右(每个烤箱脾气不同,后面几分钟一定要注意饼干颜色的变化)上色后就可以取出,冷却后保存,只要没变潮,可以吃上一段时间,不过。。自家做的,建议一周左右吃完。
