豌豆凉粉
豌豆凉粉和红薯凉粉味道上有很大区别,红薯凉粉偏软,口感感觉更糯一点,自我感觉***,但做法都一样,看个人喜欢,小的时候一直吃的是红薯凉粉的,特别期待赶集,因为可以吃一碗两毛钱的凉粉,现在依然喜欢*。佐料还是觉得姜葱蒜酱醋辣,经典味道,小时候的味道!!!

Steps to make 豌豆凉粉

  • 1.「第一步」豌豆粉一小碗倒入容器里,再用量豌豆粉的小碗装小碗水,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.「第二步」锅里倒入四到五小碗水(用装豌豆粉的小碗),待锅里冒小水泡后将调好的豌豆粉倒入锅里,不断朝一个方向搅拌。
  • 3.「第三步」直到锅里有大泡冒出,即可倒入准备好的小盆里,不锈钢的易脱模。
  • 4.「第四步」把倒入小盆里的豌豆粉,表面抹平整,等着放凉。
  • 5.冷却后成型的豌豆凉粉。
  • 6.用刮刀或者刀切条,加入葱姜蒜酱醋辣糖花椒粉,调料简单,小时候的味道。
  • 7.【刀切条状】。
