    • 1.毛肚随意切大片。

    • 3.捞入清水中,多洗几遍。这样毛肚不含一点杂质。
    • 4.仔姜切丝,青椒切菱形片,小米椒切斜段。

    • 6.锅里适量油烧热,花椒,麻椒炒一下。
    • 7.青红椒,仔姜放入翻炒一下。
    • 8.加入适量蒜蓉辣酱。
    • 9.翻炒几下,倒入半碗开水,适量盐,生抽,鸡精调味。
    • 10.烧开。
    • 11.毛肚倒入。
