  • 熟红薯泥100g
  • 面粉200g
  • 酵母3g
  • 白砂糖20g

Steps to make 红薯花馒头

  • 1.蒸熟红薯泥100克加白砂糖20克,搅拌匀。
  • 2.加面粉200克,酵母3克。
  • 3.边揉边加点水,揉成光滑的面团(揉一百下)。
  • 4.盖上拧干的湿纱布,发酵2倍大小。
  • 5.发酵好的面团按压排气(揉50下),分成小面团揉圆。
  • 6.一半揉圆的小面团,擀成饺子皮大小。
  • 7.上下左右,各切一刀。切到底。
  • 8.放上小圆面团。
  • 9.相对的面片,合拢,中间粘紧。
  • 10.小面片各个粘紧,形成2朵花辦。
  • 11.再同样做另一个对角面片(一定要用力捏紧,否则发酵时会松开,就不好看了)
  • 12.一朵花馒头就做好了。
  • 13.继续做其它的花馒头,放入刷油的蒸屉中。
  • 14.静置发酵2倍大小。
  • 15.大火蒸15分钟,闷5分钟即可。
