Steps to make 二花粥

  • 1.红花、菊花洗净,去杂质。
  • 2.粳米淘洗干净,用冷水浸泡半小时,捞出,沥干水分。
  • 3.把粳米放入锅内,加入约1000毫升冷水,置旺火上烧沸。
  • 4.再用小火熬煮至八成熟时,加入红花、菊花、白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 5.继续煮至粥熟,即可盛起食用。
