圆咕噜香肠包
有次在超市里看见一种圆咕噜的香肠,非常有趣,很喜欢,我喊它们为香肠球
第一时间就想到了做小面包,小巧玲珑的那种

这次用的面团是白吐司方子的,是做可可海绵吐司剩下来的半个面团
刚好可以十个小面包,放在小蛋糕的硅胶模具里,晓得更加可爱

  • 高粉200g
  • 低粉50g
  • 植物油20g
  • 160g
  • 细砂糖45g
  • 3g
  • 酵母2.5g

Steps to make 圆咕噜香肠包

  • 1.除植物油以外的所有材料混合,搅拌成棉絮状
  • 2.倒入面包机里,运行IMIX程序进行和面,20分钟
  • 3.程序结束后,打开加入植物油,再次选择IMIX程序继续和面,20分钟
  • 4.程序结束后,取出面团,滚圆后放在干爽干净的容器
  • 5.盖保鲜膜,送进烤箱进行第一次发酵(亦可采取其他有效的方式发酵)
  • 6.60分钟过后,发酵完毕了
  • 7.取出滚圆排气
  • 8.分成25g一份,分别滚圆排气,静置15分钟
  • 9.静置完,擀成圆形
  • 10.翻面,包入香肠球,收口收圆
  • 11.放入模具里,收口向下
  • 12.排在烤盘上
  • 13.盖保鲜膜,送进烤箱进行第二次发酵30分钟(亦可采取其他有效的方式发酵)
  • 14.发酵完毕之后,放进去预热好的烤箱,中层,150℃,15分钟
  • 15.成品
  • 16.小巧可爱
