宫保豆腐
用宫保鸡丁的做法做成宫保豆腐,味道口感同样也是杠杠滴,相当下饭,辣味适中。

  • 老豆腐380克
  • 干辣椒5克
  • 彩椒3个
  • 熟花生米100克
  • 朝天椒3个
  • 老抽半勺
  • 1勺
  • 熟芝麻1勺
  • 淀粉1勺
  • 白糖1勺

Steps to make 宫保豆腐

  • 1.主材料:老豆腐,彩椒。
  • 2.将三个彩椒各取半个就够了,洗净切小丁。
  • 3.豆腐和干辣椒也切成小丁。100克的熟花生米,另取个小碗打入1勺白糖,2勺香醋、2勺生抽、半勺老抽、1勺盐、和1勺淀粉拌匀成香汁料备用。
  • 4.上锅入适量油,将豆腐丁煎至金黄色。
  • 5.煎好的豆腐丁盛出。
  • 6.再起锅入适量油,先爆香干辣椒。
  • 7.加入彩椒炒至半熟时,加入一丁点的盐炒均。
  • 8.再加入豆腐丁拌炒均匀。
  • 9.接着加入之前调好的香汁料拌炒至收干汤汁。
  • 10.最后加入花生米拌炒均匀离火。洒入1勺芝麻完成。
  • 11.成品。
