Steps to make [浙菜] 时蔬烩四宝

  • 1.小豆苗清洗干净。
  • 2.蘑菇洗净切片。
  • 3.胡萝卜去皮切小条。
  • 4.玉米笋斜刀切段。
  • 5.竹荪泡发洗干净,切段。
  • 6.锅放水烧开,放入1茶匙油和1茶匙盐,把小豆苗汆烫熟。
  • 7.捞起沥干水,码放在碟子上。
  • 8.另起油锅,把胡萝卜炒至软身。
  • 9.放入蘑菇和玉米笋炒片刻。
  • 10.放入竹荪和鸡汤,蚝油,糖烧开片刻,用淀粉水勾个薄芡。
  • 11.把四宝铺放在小豆苗上即可。
  • 12.清淡可口,营养丰富呢。
