家常麻辣火锅
寒冷的冬天来了,我最想的就是吃一顿热呼呼的火锅...而且当然要以麻辣的最过瘾啦....这是种做法非常家常......超级好吃哇...

Steps to make 家常麻辣火锅

  • 1.首先我们来准备锅底....准备好材料...
  • 2.麻椒先用干锅焙一下..焙得脆脆的...
  • 3.然后放到平时捣蒜用的这个里面捣碎备用(,原谅我真不知道这个叫什么名字..大家看图就明白了.)
  • 4.锅里放大量的油,放入花椒用小锅慢慢的煸出香味...
  • 5.然后放入几大把的干辣椒圈....也同样用小火煸...
  • 6.煸好的花椒和辣椒圈,用漏勺盛成备用...
  • 7.将葱姜蒜切发....
  • 8.将就锅里的油.感觉少的话可以再加点...放入三分之一的切发的葱姜蒜...大火煸出得味....
  • 9.然后加入两大勺的豆瓣酱....炒出红油....
  • 10.加入开水..(当然如果你有高汤或是骨头汤的话更好,由于时间关系,我来不及熬骨头汤了所以就用了开水)
  • 11.煮开后,煮上两三分钟.再用漏勺,把里面那些东西捞出来...扔掉...
  • 12.然后加入一袋火锅底料..(如果不喜欢辣的话也可以不加的.因为锅里的火油已经可以了.)我还加了些小米椒,非常的辣...
  • 13.因为没有用骨头汤,不够鲜.所以加些鸡汁进去....我平时用太太乐的鸡汁,今天去正好没有了就买了这个...感觉也还行...这样我们的锅底就装备好了.倒入火锅的锅子里,把刚才捣碎的麻椒,和刚才煸好的干辣椒圈一起倒进去..把三分之二的葱姜蒜也放下去.就OK了.....麻辣火锅锅底就完成了....下面我们就来准备菜了...
  • 14.在我大宁夏,当然要有羊肉,手切羊肉,下面垫些生菜,我买的鲜羊肉,因为总觉得超市里的那种羊肉片怕是合成的.不安全.而且自己手切的更加好吃.
  • 15.木耳摆备用,生菜打底...
  • 16.牛肉丸子...生菜打底...
  • 17.芝麻鱼丸,生菜打底...
  • 18.手切牛肉..生菜打底....
  • 19.手擀粉.....
  • 20.豆腐皮....
  • 21.平菇....
  • 22.草鱼片成片摆盘....
  • 23.蔬菜.....
  • 24.蔬菜....
  • 25.西兰花围边...香菇切刀花拼盘....
  • 26.鱿鱼圈,生菜打底....
  • 27.水晶粉,非常好吃....
  • 28.面筋......给出的这些配菜,只是各个地方的吃法..亲们可以看自己的喜欢的菜色来搭配....
