Steps to make 火龙果乳酪包

  • 1.火龙果挖出,打碎。
  • 2.加入高粉,奶粉,酵母,盐,黄油揉成面团。
  • 3.拉出手套膜,比这程度再薄一点,我没再拍照。
  • 4.醒发至两倍大。
  • 5.分五份,揉成团,松弛15分钟。
  • 6.将将奶油奶酪,糖粉和葡萄干拌匀。
  • 7.包馅。
  • 8.像包糖包那样包起来,收口朝下,阴天拍的,不太清晰。
  • 9.继续发酵至两倍大,割口,洒粉,我用的筛子不够密,粉有点太多了。
  • 10.烤箱预热170度,约烤25分钟,看自己烤箱情况,中间加锡纸避免上色。
  • 11.烤好的成品,除了粉有点多,完美。
