黑豆莲藕排骨汤

Steps to make 黑豆莲藕排骨汤

  • 1.原料准备好,黑豆是前一晚浸泡的;
  • 2.排骨冷水下锅,倒入15毫升料酒,加热飞血水;
  • 3.同时另起一锅入适量清水,入姜片及黑豆,中小火加热
  • 4.接着给莲藕削皮切成合适的块状,未用前先泡在醋水中,用时再捞起
  • 5.砂锅水快煮开时,排骨也焯好水了,移入砂锅中,再放入莲藕
  • 6.大火煮开,转小火煲90分钟,喝前调味即可
  • 7.成品。
