花朵饼干
烘焙接触的时间不多,但却有着浓厚的兴趣~这个饼干是第一次做,有很多不足,样子不够精致,而且烤的有些过头了,上色较重~算是个半失败的作品,但也为我以后的烘焙之路累计不少经验,下次争取做的更好~

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 无盐黄油40g
  • 可可粉5g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 白砂糖40g
  • 4/1小勺
  • 泡打粉4/1小勺

Steps to make 花朵饼干

  • 1.材料准备好
  • 2.黄油在温室软化后加入白砂糖和盐,用打蛋器打至蓬松,微微发白的样子
  • 3.随后分2、3次加入蛋液,一边加一边用打蛋器打匀
  • 4.筛入低粉和泡打粉
  • 5.用刮刀拌匀
  • 6.随后用手揉成光滑的面团
  • 7.将面团分为2份
  • 8.一份备用,另一份加入可可粉,慢慢的揉搓,直至可可粉完全融入面团,成为可可面团
  • 9.将2份面团擀成面皮,用磨具压出花朵的样子,再用裱花用具压出圆心
  • 10.将两个圆心的面团对调
  • 11.将处理好的花朵面皮放入烤盘
  • 12.烤箱预热180度,中层烤15-20分钟即可
