白萝卜牛腩汤

  • 八角1个
  • 三萘1个
  • 干辣椒4个
  • 花椒1勺
  • 枸杞1勺

Steps to make 白萝卜牛腩汤

  • 1.备好食材:白萝卜去皮切块;牛腩洗净切块;老姜切片,小葱切断;
  • 2.锅里放入牛腩、清水、料酒、2片姜、1颗葱段,大火烧开后,再煮2分钟;整个过程不要盖盖子;
  • 3.将牛腩捞出,快速用流动清水冲洗干净,控干水分;
  • 4.锅里放入玉米油烧热,放入姜片、葱段炒出香味;
  • 5.放入牛腩快速翻炒至变色;
  • 6.倒入开水,放入桂皮、香叶、八角、三萘、干辣椒、花椒,将汤汁烧开;
  • 7.将所有食材倒入炖盅,启动煲汤模式;
  • 8.1小时后,放入白萝卜,继续煲1个小时;
  • 9.调入盐,搅拌均匀,继续煲30分钟;程序快结束时,放入枸杞;
  • 10.程序结束后,断电出锅;【白萝卜牛腩汤】做好啦。
