  • 1.把猪肉切成片。
  • 2.切好葱、姜、蒜,准备好花椒。
  • 3.把青红椒切好。
  • 4.把肥肉放入锅中煸出油。
  • 5.再放入葱、姜、蒜、花椒炸香。
  • 6.放入肉片炒。
  • 7.肉炒变色后,加入老抽、豆豉爆炒装出备用。
  • 8.把锅刷干净,大火坐火上,入油,加入少许葱花炸香。
  • 9.倒入青红椒爆炒。
  • 10.最后倒入肉片炒,加盐、味精、胡椒粉快速炒匀出锅。
