Steps to make 木须肉

  • 1.所有材料准备好,洗净备用。
  • 2.肉切薄片,用生抽,盐,醋,料酒,麻油,蛋清,淀粉抓匀腌制5分钟。
  • 3.木耳泡发,泡好后,手撕成小朵,黄瓜切片,红椒切菱形片,香菇切片。
  • 4.将鸡蛋用碗打发。
  • 5.锅内倒油,倒入鸡蛋煎,煎好后,装入碗内备用。
  • 6.锅内另倒油,放葱姜爆香。
  • 7.倒入猪肉下锅快速翻炒。
  • 8.先倒入木耳,香菇翻炒2分钟,再下红椒,黄瓜翻炒,并加入少量的盐。
  • 9.最后倒煎好的鸡蛋,加适量糖,用水淀粉勾芡。加鸡精拌匀,关火,装盘。
