麦胚淡奶油小餐包
拆了1L淡奶油给娃做生日蛋糕,剩下很多,我是变着法儿的消耗啊,做点小餐包当早餐是个不错的办法哟,添加了一点小麦胚芽,丰富的膳食纤维让面包更加营养。

  • 淡奶油220g
  • 鸡蛋60g
  • 高筋面粉410g
  • 棉花糖60g(fluff焦糖味)
  • 佰麦仕即食胚芽片15g
  • 4g
  • 干酵母5g
  • 黄油40g
  • 蜂蜜15g
  • 冷水10g

Steps to make 麦胚淡奶油小餐包

  • 1.将面团中所有材料(除黄油)按照先液体后固体的顺序放入面包机桶里,盐放角落,酵母放在面粉中间,选择和面程序和面;
  • 2.和好面后放入黄油,继续和面一个程序;
  • 3.和好面后选择发酵程序发酵,发酵到两倍大后选择和面程序和面5分钟排气;
  • 4.将面团分割成16个小面团揉圆,放入烤盘里,每个面团之间要留出一些空间;
  • 5.放入烤箱,最下层放一盘开水,进行二次发酵;
  • 6.二发好的面团表面刷一层蜂蜜水,再撒上适量白芝麻;
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱,中层上下火180度烤15分钟即可;
  • 8.成品;
