  • 牛奶125g
  • 蛋液25
  • 酵母3g
  • 2g
  • 黄油10g

Steps to make 蜂蜜吐司

  • 1.把除黄油外的所有材料混合,揉至面团成筋后,加入黄油,揉到完全阶段。放置温暖处发酵至2-2.5倍大
  • 2.压扁排气,将面团分成3等分,滚圆后松弛20分钟
  • 3.取出一个面团,擀成椭圆形
  • 4.翻面,将面团卷起来,醒10分钟
  • 5.再擀长,排出气泡
  • 6.翻面,由上而下卷起
  • 7.放入吐司模中,进行二次发酵
  • 8.二次发酵至8~9分满,刷蛋液
  • 9.烤箱预热,185度下层35分钟,上色后及时加盖锡纸,烤好后立刻取出脱模
