南瓜红豆馅餐包

  • 发酵粉5克
  • 黄油20克
  • 白糖20克
  • 南瓜泥170克
  • 红豆馅100克

Steps to make 南瓜红豆馅餐包

  • 1.准备好原料,南瓜提前蒸熟;
  • 2.除黄油外其他原料入面包机执行一次揉面后,再放入黄油后再揉面一次;
  • 3.将揉好的面团倒入发面盆里,室温发酵;
  • 4.手扎个空洞排气,周围不塌陷说明发酵完成;
  • 5.将发酵好的面团分割成70克/个的小面团,略整形后松弛20分钟;
  • 6.将松弛好的小面团,擀成牛舌状,一端放上红豆馅;
  • 7.放好红豆馅,提起一端卷起,放在烤盘里,包上保鲜膜二次醒发30~40分钟;
  • 8.烤箱提前预热,放入180度烤制20~25分钟,晾凉即可食用。
