宝宝牌鱼饼
新年过完了,厨房也要正常运作。给奔做了一道吞拿鱼的鱼饼,吞拿鱼是高蛋白低脂肪,还含有DHA和OMEGA-3,给小朋友吃最好了。

Steps to make 宝宝牌鱼饼

  • 1.准备土豆2个,吞拿鱼罐头1个,土豆去皮切块,放水里煮熟。
  • 2.将土豆压成泥,加入滤干水份的吞拿鱼、葱、黄油和适量黑胡椒粉。鱼本身带有咸味,意式面包粉也是咸的,所以不用加盐了。
  • 3.将所有材料减半均匀,取一小部分捏成团,压扁成汉堡状。
  • 4.将鸡蛋打散,准备好面包粉。
  • 5.鱼饼先蘸上蛋液,再滚上面包粉。
  • 6.油锅中放少许油,烧热后再转小火,放入鱼饼两面煎至金黄。
  • 7.取出鱼饼放在厨房餐巾纸上吸油。
