  • 1.茄子切滚刀块放水里泡十分钟,让茄子充分的吸水。
  • 2.土豆中小火炸透 尖椒中火炸半分钟(都要擦干表面的水再炸)。
  • 3.茄子擦干紫皮表面的水珠 切开的断面不会有水珠状就不要管了 入锅炸九分熟。
  • 4.炝锅。
  • 5.放土豆 放酱油 少许水翻炒一下。
  • 6.加茄子 少许糖 盐翻炒入味,加尖椒,最后滴入一点点香醋,炒匀 关火 出锅。
