韩国米汁
韩国米汁即为食醯,是韩国人最受欢迎的传统民俗冷饮,而食醯,在中国「庄子」书中就有记载,也是两百年前「四礼便览」祭祀神位及祖先时就会摆设上桌的祭品之一。据说到现在中国山西地区仍有这样的饮品。 韩国人很喜欢在蒸汗蒸幕(桑拿)的时候,带著一整罐冰透的食醯,在温度高达尽90度的火汗蒸窑房里面一边大汗猛出,一边猛灌食醯。所以去韩国,要是就一定不要错过了试试食醯(식혜),韩国人也会觉得你很上道喔!

Steps to make 韩国米汁

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.将麦芽置入料理机中,选择磨粉键运行至结束
  • 3.倒出后冲入500ml温水
  • 4.放至2小时,让成分沉淀
  • 5.取上层清液
  • 6.将清液,米饭和15g糖放入电饭锅搅拌均匀
  • 7.保温3小时后过滤出米饭
  • 8.用凉水冲洗干净,泡在冷水里
  • 9.过滤后的汤汁倒入锅内煮沸,加入适量糖,撇去浮沫
  • 10.放冷后,加米饭,加松子仁即可
