卤肉饭团
用泰国香米饭,包上香菇卤肉做成的饭团,外型圆圆滚滚,再用黄瓜和紫菜点缀,特别招人喜爱。

Steps to make 卤肉饭团

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将米淘三次水,然后放进电饭煲内煮成米饭。
  • 3.将肉放入锅中,然后加入适量的清水,盐,姜片,料酒。大火煮开后撇去浮沫,然后转小火炖20分钟。
  • 4.趁煮肉的时候,开始准备其它食材。将香菇切成小块、洋葱切碎、姜切末备用。
  • 5.锅中加适量的油,油温四五成热的时候,将洋葱碎放进去,小火慢炸。
  • 6.炸至金黄色即可捞出备用。
  • 7.肉煮好后,切成小块备用。
  • 8.锅中加少许刚才炸洋葱剩下的油,然后将肉倒入锅中,小火煸炒至肉粒表面金黄。
  • 9.将姜末倒入锅中煸炒出香味,然后再把香菇倒入锅中煸炒匀均。
  • 10.加少许盐、酱油、糖、八角调味。
  • 11.倒入适量的热水,大火烧开后转小火炖40分钟。
  • 12.收汁然后盛出备用。
  • 13.将黄瓜削成薄片备用。
  • 14.在竹帘上铺上一层保鲜膜,然后将米饭匀均的铺上去,稍稍按压平整。
  • 15.先往米饭上撒少许油炸后的洋葱碎,然后再铺一些香菇卤肉上去。
  • 16.把米饭卷起来,然后收口,做成圆圆滚滚的样子。
  • 17.用黄瓜片将饭团包住,然后再撒少许紫菜碎即可。
