香煎牛肝菌
肉质肥肥厚厚的牛肝菌,由于它的肉质似牛肝而被冠以它这名字,牛肝菌含有人体必需的氨基酸,蛋白质,铁,钙等营养元素,所以味道特别鲜美,常吃降血糖,利尿消肿,健脾和胃,治贫血,防感冒,提高免疫力,防止细胞癌变,牛肝菌的食疗效果可说是极好的,它虽然说有点小贵,但我也时不时买点,简单的用黄油加点盐,煎一煎,那香味扑鼻而来,鲜香呀!也可以做的中式一点,加点豆瓣酱,蚝油,蒜头一起煎,也是很味美的吃法!

  • 1.香煎牛肝菌的主要材料。

  • 4.把蒜片,豆瓣酱,蚝油放锅内。
  • 5.大火把这些东西烧出香味。
  • 6.把牛肝菌片投在锅里。
  • 7.待牛肝菌片两面煎香煎软,关火就行。
  • 8.煎好的牛肝菌片盛好,放上薄荷叶,可以吃了!
