Steps to make 奶香酥饼

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油打至细腻
  • 3.加入过筛糖粉,香草精,盐,混合打1分钟(不需要打发,混合均匀,细腻即可)
  • 4.加入过筛面粉拌匀,成团即可
  • 5.把面团放在保鲜膜上,这时面很软
  • 6.上面再盖上保鲜膜,稍微压扁成圆形或方形,放入保鲜冰箱待面变硬,大概1小时
  • 7.面皮稍微变硬后,用擀面棍擀成0.6厘米厚的饼皮,然后用心形模具压成形状
  • 8.剩下来的面团重复6-8的步骤(如果面过硬,放在室温摆一会,面软,放回冰箱冻一会)
  • 9.我一共做了22块心形饼干!
  • 10.烤箱提前预热,175度,中层,10分钟(各家烤箱温度有差,注意时间)烤制边缘出现淡淡的金黄色就可以了,不要开太老!!
  • 11.隔水完全融化巧克力丁,至细腻
  • 12.装饰烤好的饼干,送入冰箱冷藏半小时
  • 13.成品!酥 香 甜
