青瓜蜜桃虾
原料 :桃子一个 青瓜一条 新鲜对虾350G 姜末10G 蒜末 2瓣
调味料 :色拉油50G 料酒适量 生抽适量 番茄酱适量 清水适量 。
做法:
1 准备食材
2 把对虾去壳,去虾线 ,虾背开一刀
3 青瓜与桃子均清洗干净 ,分别切成块状
4姜蒜分别切碎末备用
5 热锅下油,放入姜蒜末爆香
6 放入虾仁,滑炒几下
7 加入适量的料酒 ,翻炒一下
8 加入适量的生抽,翻炒一下
9 放入适量的番茄酱继续 翻炒
10 加入适量的清水
11,加入适量的盐 调味
12 放入青瓜与桃子 ,滑炒几下 ,加盖略微焖煮一会
13 出锅装盘

1 对虾冰冻一下好去壳
2 加入青瓜与桃子后注意掌控火候与实践
