Steps to make 清爽冬瓜丸子汤

  • 1.冬瓜削皮去籽洗净,切0.5cm厚片。香菜择好,洗净,切中段。
  • 2.肥瘦肉馅加入少如盐,淀粉,蒜末,磕入一个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.中火热油,爆香葱片,加入冬瓜片,炒制冬瓜片半透明
  • 4.国内加水,淹没过冬瓜片为宜。
  • 5.锅中水7成热时,将肉馅用勺子舀成肉丸,加入锅中。
  • 6.水滚开后5分钟,转小火,焖15分钟,冬瓜软烂即可。出锅前加入适量盐,鸡精和生抽调味调色。
  • 7.将冬瓜丸子汤盛出,趁热加入香菜末,即成。喜酸者可加入适量的醋,提味。
