太喜欢两个小圆球放进同一个模具膨发后连成一体的样子。可是却没有孟老师那样的模具。虽然,以小间距将它们直接放在烤盘上,最终也会长在一起。但,它们的外侧边一点是自由膨发的鼓形。有什么样的东西,可以作此模具的替代品?
忽然想到了那几个罐头盒子。虽然是圆形,却同样可以约束面团不外扩。容量大了些,那就放三个小圆球。三个小球挤在一起长成连体三胞胎的样子想必也挺有趣。还真的挺有趣。。。

  • 高筋粉125克
  • 细砂糖12克
  • 1/4小勺
  • 干酵母1/2小勺
  • 姜粉1/2小勺
  • 蛋黄半个
  • 65克
  • 黄油10克

Steps to make 英国生姜面包

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将除黄油外的面团料倒入大碗
  • 3.揉成均匀面团,加入黄油
  • 4.继续揉至拉膜
  • 5.放入碗中,进行基础发酵
  • 6.面团长至两倍大
  • 7.分割成6等分,滚圆
  • 8.三个一组,放入模具中,进行最后发酵
  • 9.面团再次长大
  • 10.表面刷蛋液
  • 11.放入烤箱,中层,上下火180度,烤约18分钟左右
  • 12.表面金黄,出炉
  • 13.立即脱模
