清蒸秋葵金针菇
这两个都是比较适合清蒸的菜,所以把他们组合在一起,卖相不错,口感也挺不错,可清淡可重口,喜辣的多加泡椒。

    Steps to make 清蒸秋葵金针菇

    • 1.金针菇和秋葵洗净备用。(如果秋葵比较大个或有点老,建议先水里焯十几秒,因为金针菇一般比秋葵快熟)
    • 2.放入金针菇和秋葵。
    • 3.上面放几片切的非常薄的腊肉,腊肉不用也可。(腊肉要薄,不然不会熟)
    • 4.上面放一些泡椒,水开后上锅,蒸约6、7分钟。
    • 5.另取一小碗放一点盐和糖,用开水化开,再加适量鲜味生抽,在蒸好的菜上放一小块鹅油或猪油,浇上料汁焖一分钟即可。
