  • 1.准备好所需要的食材。
  • 2.包菜去掉中间的硬梗,掰成小块。
  • 3.加入盐12克,抓拌均匀,腌制3个小时,挤出多余的水分。
  • 4.胡萝卜去皮,切成菱形小片,加入3克盐杀水备用。
  • 5.准备一个干净、无水、无油的容器,加入泡椒水(连同泡椒一起加入)、米醋、白糖和凉白开,搅匀至白糖化开。
  • 6.将包菜和胡萝卜放入容器中,使料汁完全淹过食材,密封起来,放入冰箱冷藏一夜即可食用。
  • 7.这样一道开胃又好吃的小菜就做好了。
