冬瓜素馅水饺

  • 黄豆酱1勺

  • 鸡精半勺

Steps to make 冬瓜素馅水饺

  • 1.300克面粉加半勺食盐再加入清水和成偏软的面团, 醒发半小时。
  • 2.冬瓜去皮后切细丝再切成小丁。
  • 3.装入碗中加入食盐杀出水分。
  • 4.香菇洗净后切丁。
  • 5.豆腐切小丁。
  • 6.胡萝卜洗净后切小丁。
  • 7.起锅烧油。
  • 8.下入豆腐丁炒成金黄色盛出备用。
  • 9.杀出水分的冬瓜丁用纱布包裹挤出水分。
  • 10.再起锅烧油下入所有食材翻炒 , 加入1勺黄豆酱。再加入食盐(如果,喜爱低盐的亲们可以不用加盐了)。
  • 11.撒入葱花。
  • 12.加入耗油。
  • 13.加入鸡精翻炒均匀。
  • 14.盛出备用。
  • 15.将面团分成两半搓长下面剂。
  • 16.擀皮包上馅料。
  • 17.包成自己熟悉的饺子形状。
  • 18.锅中水烧开下入饺子,煮两开捞出。
  • 19.成品图。
