  • 酵母4克
  • 香肠一根
  • 红辣椒少许

Steps to make 糯米卷(包)

  • 1.主料中所有的食材放入面包机中,启动发酵功能,搅拌面团。
  • 2.搅好的面团发酵。
  • 3.趁着发酵面团的时间,准备好糯米,清洗干净,加适量的水,放入电饭煲中。
  • 4.按煮饭键,煮成糯米饭。
  • 5.香肠、辣椒(不喜欢的可以不放)、葱都切成末。
  • 6.起锅烧热,加油。
  • 7.油七成热时,下入香肠末煸香。
  • 8.翻炒均匀。
  • 9.下入糯米粉,翻炒均匀。
  • 10.加入盐、生抽、老抽调味,翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入辣椒和葱。
  • 12.翻炒均匀。
  • 13.盛出晾凉,整理成长条形,待用。
  • 14.面团也发酵好了(一个小时左右)。
  • 15.取出面团,按压排气,团圆。
  • 16.擀成长方形面片。
  • 17.放上糯米。
  • 18.卷起。
  • 19.切成小剂子,糯米卷生胚就好了。
  • 20.依次摆入蒸锅中,中间留出空隙,室温再次松弛20分钟,时间结束后凉水上锅,大火烧开,出气后转中小火蒸15分钟,关火后,再虚蒸3分钟左右。
