避风塘排骨

Steps to make 避风塘排骨

  • 1.排骨切块,加入1/2匙盐,料酒,酱油,葱花,姜丝,3瓣蒜的蒜片,抓匀腌制至少2小时。
  • 2.8瓣蒜切末冲水后沥干备用。
  • 3.排骨裹一层玉米淀粉。
  • 4.放入5成热油锅中炸至金黄色。
  • 5.炒锅加入1勺植物油,放入蒜末小火炒至金黄。
  • 6.放入面包糠,加入蔬之鲜和1/2匙盐炒匀。
  • 7.放入炸排骨快速翻炒均匀即可。
