  • 1.排骨切段待用
  • 2.加入盐、鸡精、鸡蛋一个搅拌均匀
  • 3.再加入生粉搅匀,静置10分钟。

  • 6.起油锅,将油温烧至七成热,下排骨炸定型,然后中火将排骨炸透,最后开大火将排骨炸脆。
  • 7.排骨炸脆取出滤干净油待用。
  • 8.将锅里的有倒出,留一点底油,放入洋葱、青椒、菠萝炒香。
  • 9.加入盐、糖、白醋、番茄酱、清水烧开。再加入水淀粉勾芡,大火令汁收浓。
  • 10.下排骨炒匀,让排骨均匀裹上汁液就可以出锅了。
