馒头版小披萨
去超市买了两个比较厚实的馒头,才1.5元,特实惠。
把它切开做为披萨底,表面放上一些蔬菜,番茄酱和芝士,味道真心不错哦。
以后想吃披萨,又不想揉面的试试这方法吧。

  • 大馒头2个
  • 红椒粒10g
  • 豌豆粒10g
  • 马苏里拉奶酪150g

Steps to make 馒头版小披萨

  • 1.馒头切成薄片,红椒切粒,玉米剥粒,豌豆洗净全放入水中焯水2分钟捞起待备用。(为了更加美观可以选择购买圆状大个的北方馒头)。
  • 2.馒头切片后涂抹一层番茄酱。
  • 3.馒头片上撒上准备好的玉米粒、红椒粒、豌豆粒。
  • 4.再用保鲜袋胶剪成小口剂上番茄酱。
  • 5.在表层撒上马苏里拉芝士。
  • 6.黄金烤盘铺上油纸,再把披萨放油纸上。
  • 7.烤箱上下火200度预热10分钟,再进行烘烤约15分钟即可。
  • 8.出炉后可以趁热吃哦 。
  • 9.成品欣赏。
