《客家菜》让油豆腐
每逢过年过节家里都会弄的一道菜,在家里有妈妈做,现在在外只能自己动手了。

    Steps to make 《客家菜》让油豆腐

    • 1.备好所需材料。
    • 2.将香菇、肉、葱切末备用。
    • 3.撒入盐、酱油、淀粉、适量油。
    • 4.搅拌均匀腌制10钟。
    • 5.烧适量水烧开,将白菜过一下水,变软即可,捞出备用。
    • 6.将肉馅让进豆腐里即可。
    • 7.将肉馅让进切好的苦瓜里,白菜摊平将肉馅包起来即可。
    • 8.起油锅,逐个把包好的让豆腐、让苦瓜、包菜放进锅里(豆腐的开口朝下)然后放一碗水小火焖至熟即可.
    • 9.成品就是这样啦,开饭咯
    • 10.煮好后的成品,味道还不错
