汤面春饼
春回大地,万物复苏,新春第一口讲究个咬春,春饼不能少。民间习俗在立春这一天要吃一些春天的新鲜蔬菜,吃萝卜,既为防病,又有迎接新春的意味。俺将萝卜拌到土豆丝里,卷着春饼吃,一样都不少哦。

Steps to make 汤面春饼

  • 1.面粉中加入盐,将水烧开后,凉2分钟左右,在水温还很烫的情况下,汤一半的面,另一半用冷水,揉成面团,醒半小时以上
  • 2.分成均匀的小面剂子
  • 3.面很软,取一个面剂子压平,上边刷一层油
  • 4.放上另一个小面剂子
  • 5.放上另一个小面剂子
  • 6.不粘锅少刷点油,入锅烙
  • 7.烙另一面
  • 8.熟了便分层,出锅后,放在盆里盖上盖,用饼的热气腾一腾,吃起来更软。
