  • 1.猪肉切成丁
  • 2.韭菜摘洗干净切碎。
  • 3.荠菜摘洗干净后焯水。用清水浸泡2小时。
  • 4.泡好的荠菜切碎。
  • 5.将荠菜,韭菜,猪肉放入干净盆中,加入油,味极鲜酱油,盐,鸡精调匀成馅。
  • 6.面粉加入少量开水,用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 7.再加入适量凉水,揉成光滑的面团,醒一会。
  • 8.面团醒好后,揉成长条,切成剂子。
  • 9.将剂子擀成饼。
  • 10.取一个饼,放入馅料。
  • 11.包成饺子。
  • 12.不粘锅倒入一点油,放入饺子,小火煎制。
  • 13.煎至底部金黄。
  • 14.加入热水至饺子三分之二处,中火煮制。
  • 15.待汤汁收干时加入少量水淀粉。
  • 16.撒上白芝麻,小火收干即可。
