酥皮抹茶麻薯包
麻薯包一种眼下特别流行的小点心口感外酥里糯很受大家的喜欢做起来也很方便可以根据喜欢做成不同的口味,我做了加了抹茶粉的麻薯包还给它加了一层酥皮比原味的口感更好

  • 白糖30g
  • 奶粉12gg

  • 抹茶粉5g(箬竹)
  • 低筋粉100g
  • 玉米油60g
  • 10g
  • 抹茶粉2g

Steps to make 酥皮抹茶麻薯包

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.先把蛋液、水、白糖、奶粉混合搅匀
  • 3.倒入麻薯粉搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入黄油把它揉光一开始可能有点粘手,揉一揉就好了
  • 5.揉成光滑的面团冷藏15-30分钟
  • 6.冷藏麻薯包面团时准备外层的酥皮面团我用了低筋粉100克玉米油60克,糖10克,抹茶粉2克,不过这个酥皮酥过头了不好保持漂亮的外表,下次加点高筋粉才行
  • 7.把麻薯面团取出揉成一个个的小圆球每个大约25克
  • 8.给它穿上酥皮大衣
  • 9.做好放进烤盘
  • 10.放入烤箱175度烤35分钟
  • 11.烤好的
  • 12.趁热吃外酥里糯非常香
