天津饭,也叫天津丼(てんしんどん),丼(dan)就是盖浇饭的意思。
天津丼即蟹肉炒蛋盖饭,是日本中华料理的一种叫这个名字是因为做这道料理用的米饭,是著名的天津小站米。
家里没有蟹肉,就用了火腿肉代替,味道也很鲜美。
