  • 1.在市场买一条老板鱼准备做老板鱼炖豆腐
  • 2.老板鱼摘除内脏清洗干净切成块状备用
  • 3.准备好一块豆腐洗净沥干水份备用
  • 4.豆腐切成块状
  • 5.锅中倒入适量清水烧开将豆腐焯一下
  • 6.焯好的豆腐晾凉备用
  • 7.锅中放入适量底油加热放入花椒和大料、姜片
  • 8.放入葱和蒜爆香入味
  • 9.放入一品鲜酱油、料酒、糖翻炒
  • 10.老板鱼放入锅中
  • 11.大火快速翻炒老板鱼
  • 12.炒制老板鱼变色填入清水开始炖制
  • 13.同时放入豆腐一起炖制
  • 14.炖制鱼汤成白色加入盐再中小火炖一会
  • 15.切好香菜和葱花备用
  • 16.汤汁不太多的时候放入黑胡椒粉和味精提味撒入葱花香菜即可
  • 17.老板鱼炖豆腐盛入汤碗中
