手掬寿司
手鞠寿司(日语:手まり寿司,Temari Sushi),是日本女儿节传统料理。圆圆的外形,像日本女孩传统玩具手鞠球而得名,有圆圆满满的意思。也称球寿司或圆寿司。

  • 胡萝卜一片
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 寿司醋两勺

Steps to make 手掬寿司

  • 1.可以根据自己的口味准备材料,我选了几样颜色鲜艳的食材,紫甘兰切丝,秋葵切片,樱桃萝卜切薄片。
  • 2.煎了张蛋皮用来包饭团,鸡蛋打散加一勺水淀粉增加蛋皮的韧性,平底锅抹薄油小火煎成薄蛋皮。
  • 3.煮熟的米饭加两勺寿司醋,寿司醋是调味的,没有可以不加。
  • 4.菜板上铺张保鲜膜,先摆上蔬菜。
  • 5.然后手上沾点水抓一些米饭握成小饭团放在蔬菜上(手上沾水是为了避免米饭粘手)
  • 6.提起保鲜膜的四角把饭团包住
  • 7.隔着保鲜膜为饭团整型
  • 8.按这方法把所有饭团包好静置一会定型,蛋皮包饭团时动作要轻柔,避免把蛋皮戳破收口用小葱叶或韭菜叶系好。火腿片和胡萝卜我用模具压的花,黄瓜用刮皮刀竖着刮两片交叉包住饭团即可。
  • 9.定型后把保鲜膜摘掉摆盘
