山药乌鸡汤
乌鸡是比较滋补的,加了一些山药也可健脾养胃,适合秋后滋补。
山药乌鸡汤做法
食材:山药500克、乌鸡半边、枸杞适量、姜适量、葱适量、精盐适量。

Steps to make 山药乌鸡汤

  • 1.将乌鸡剁块,或为整半边也可以。锅中加入姜与葱,烧开,把乌鸡肉加入锅中,稍微烫一烫关火。
  • 2.将乌鸡肉加入砂锅中。加入开水,大火烧开5分钟,转中小火炖制50分钟。炖一份好汤选锅也重要,砂锅、陶瓷炖盅,细火慢炖,比高压锅、不锈钢等锅具,炖制出来的汤品更香浓。
  • 3.备好山药,枸杞。山药切段或切片。加入山药之后炖至山药软绵即可。切段需要的时间长一些,时间按山药厚度来定。
  • 4.成品图。炖好之后,加入枸杞,精盐即可食用了。
  • 5.女人滋养,多喝点汤汤水水。
