  • 1.将鲤鱼去鳞去腮、掏去内脏,清洗干净后剁块。
  • 2.加蛋清、料酒、淀粉、盐腌制片刻。
  • 3.葱切葱花,姜切姜片。
  • 4.准备好酸菜鱼的调料包备用。
  • 5.锅内热油,爆香葱花姜片。
  • 6.倒入酸菜包翻炒。
  • 7.再倒入腌制好的鱼块炒匀。
  • 8.加适量水煮开。
  • 9.加调料包调味即可。
